In this village we expect the support staff HEAD EXPEDITIONS PERU with mules that will facilitate our journey. The walk is a rise of 8 hours on the way you will see the Quechua customs, topography, livestock and wildlife. Arriving at Huacra Pukara, we will see how great Andean sunset, where the sun sets between two brackets shaped like an Andean woman offering her son to the sun.
Early we visited the archaeological site that is unique in Peru, its shape and construction. It is a cliff on the edge of a great precipice, where enclosures, terraces, barns and even a large cemetery on the slopes are. After accompanied by the head guide visit, we return along the same path, taking more time to enjoy some things that might go unnoticed in the first leg. After a very nice walk we return to the city of Cusco, arriving approximately 7 pm.
